Chakra Locations

Let's start with a diagram...

Don't worry if you don't feel your power centers at first...

The more you work with them, the more you will begin to feel them... I promise.

When I first started doing this work, I couldn't feel my lower three energy hubs. I was numb and I was completely disconnected from my lower half. In fact it took about about three years before I could consistently feel them.

There were times in that period where I would have moments of feeling a lower power center, but only moments. I persevered and just trusted that I was clearing them and opening them, and then one day, it's like they just showed up!

I have felt all of my energy centers ever since.

A meditation to feel your Chakra Locations...

Close your eyes and take moment to focus on each energy place separately beginning with the root and working your way up.

Picture each cone shaped wheel of light spinning. Picture it spinning first in one direction...and then in the other.

Can you feel it? What does it feel like? Maybe it feels tingly in that area or maybe it feels like some pressure against that part of your body.

Infuse each dynamic center with the matching colour. See the colour as translucent and brilliant! How does that feel? Picture white light coming in from the top of your head and shining out of each power area, as it travels down your body and exists through the root.

You just experienced a chakra healing!

If you practice this daily, over time, your energy centers will become clear and strong!
