Enlightened Minds

A few years ago I became aware of angels and guides and I found them a great support in helping me feel loved and safe.

At the time I was exploring my own abilities to pass messages from the Spirit world to others and felt lonely having just left an abusive relationship. I incorporated my messages, and channelling, into my individual sessions to help others heal and grow.

In 2004 I was told by my guide I was to write a book called How to Be ? I believed it was channelled and even whilst I was writing it their was a guide called Mikanon writing it through me. Only the funny, slightly confusing and enlightening thing was this guide insisted on telling me over and over that it was really me using a pseudo name because I doubted I could know such things.

The book ended up being called 'How To Be You' and was a journey of discovery for myself and its readers. Now I no longer have guides and have found this strange but accept that I am here to guide others. I have challenged myself wondering if I was being egotistical but I just don't get my information from anyone other than the consciousness direct.

As you know the consciousness, Spirit is vast, and the clearer our minds, the clearer the knowledge that we can bring, I suppose that's all that happened to me. I wish you all love and self-belief that whatever exists in Spirit is ours to explore and enjoy
